About ClinicOS

ClinicOS is the management system of Minad, a therapy-room clinic in Kfar Yona, Israel, operated by MINAD FROM TO LTD. Therapists who work at the clinic use it to book rooms and pay, manage their patients and sessions, send session reminders, run online sessions, and get session summaries.

Google user data. Connecting a Google account is optional. ClinicOS uses Google Calendar (scope calendar.events.owned) only to create, update and delete an event with its own Google Meet link for each session the therapist schedules, in calendars they own; and Google Drive (scope drive.file) only for files the therapist explicitly selects in the Google Picker - a session recording they choose to summarize, which is permanently deleted after processing - and for the summary document ClinicOS creates in their Drive. We do not read other calendar events or other Drive files, we do not sell Google user data or use it for advertising, and we do not use it to train AI models. Details: Privacy Policy.
